variability of Benefit Corporation legislation
The article reads as if Benefit Corporation legislation were identical in each State, and as such makes specific claims that are true in some jurisdictions, but not in others. Is there some way, without removing all the descriptive material, to make it clear that this sort of legislation varies by jurisdiction?
Perhaps some sort of "in typical Benefit Corporation legislation..." (even this is too general; I doubt if more than a couple legal scholars have a working grasp of the details of State differences)
Suggestions?
