Correction to Beiersdorf article
We would like to inform you that “Curad” and “FUTURO” are no longer in Beiersdorf´s range of brands. In December 2008 FUTURO was sold to 3M [1] and Curad was sold to Medline Industries, Inc. in April 2007 [2].

Hi. I’m working for Beiersdorf in Hamburg, Germany. As in many other Wikipedia articles, I would suggest to add a short introduction, citing key figures and main characteristics of Beiersdorf, as for example:
• Cosmetics Company, headquarted in Hamburg, Germany
• The founding date on march 28, 1882,
• Number of employees 21.766 (31.12.2008)
• Sales of €5.97 billion in 2008
• Listed in the DAX since December 2008
• Flagship NIVEA brand is the world's largest skin and beauty care brand

- Yes it needs to be expanded. Feel free to edit this article, but be sure you have no conflict of interest, and please use a independent and reliable source. A Beiersdorf press release is not independent, but a news paper article quoting or using this press release maybe (see WP:Source).
