Merge Proposal edit

This page and that of International Baait are in an obvious need of merging. They cover the same subject. em zilch (talk) 19:01, 9 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

It's proposed that this be merged with International Baait, Bayaa and Bay'ah (Ahmadiyya). I am for this, but I see several problems. One is that none of these pages is well-sourced at all; as far as merging them, it looks to me like what would be needed would be a complete rewrite that uses the few sources from the existing pages and adds some more (it may need the attention of an expert). The part about Bayah of women was all unsourced and obviously prejudiced. Removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.141.14.119 (talk) 09:53, 4 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Useage by extremist groups edit

I'm seeing some coverage in the media about Omar Mateen and (the San Bernardino shooters before him) declaring bay’ah to the Islamic State group. [1][2][3] Also, in reports about Al-Qaeda and the Taliban.[4][5][6]Morning star (talk) 18:44, 17 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
