Calculation of avidity from affinity

This article desperately needs a section on how to combine affinity measurements to compute the overall avidity. The current 1-site antibody Ka example is useless for understanding avidity without including the number of binding sites.

Calculation of avidity from affinity

The section on activity in this article should be present in an article defining affinity and should not be present in this article. Affinity as defined here in agreement with common usage in biochemistry is not represented in the article Chemical affinity.
