I would have thought Australian rugby league premiers a more appropriate name than champions. Before I clicked on the link that took me here I wasn't sure what would be listed, and was half expecting some kind of international results table. Dragons

Perhaps a bullet point for Wests Tigers and St George-Illawarra could simply clarify it. To me they're both new clubs, but they share a history. It is the first premiership for "St George-Illawarra".(Mattdocbrown (talk) 10:21, 10 December 2010 (UTC))

Premiership Totals

If your going to include the Newcastle Knights 1997 ARL Premiership in there total wins......Then the Broncos 1997 SL Win should be added to theirs! BN420au (talk) 01:00, 18 July 2015 (UTC)

Proposed merge with List of NRL Premiers

These two articles are currently duplicates, suggest this page is the one that should stay and the other becomes a redirect Mattlore (talk) 00:57, 27 June 2016 (UTC)

Sorry to bring this topic up again but isn’t it confusing having two articles with the same information? The only difference is this article includes Brisbane and Queensland leagues. Perhaps renaming the page would be better? Northern Wonder (talk) 20:28, 27 September 2022 (UTC)

There's no point to this at all. It duplicates other articles, mixes separate comps together for no reason, and then repeats the Brisbane list. Either delete or turn into a disamb pointing to the two competition specific lists.

Restructure the information

This page contains a lot of the same information that List of NRL Grand finals contains. I believe we should get rid of the grand final information (i.e stadiums, referees, crowds) and move the minor premiers and wooden spoons section in line with the premiers and runners-up.
