I would merge this back to Gamini Dissanayake
editI can't see the need for a separate article on Gamini Dissanayake's assassination when his own article is poorly referenced and not that big? We will only get into WP:FORK issues trying to keep the two articles? thanks. Aszx5000 (talk) 10:09, 27 September 2024 (UTC)
- The event itself was substantial enough, not just killing Dissanayake but also several others. Ep347 (talk) 22:51, 27 September 2024 (UTC)
- The event is just too paragraphs which could be put into his bio? The build up and aftermath should also be in his bio, and are at risk of being challenged as a WP:FORK. Unless the event is really major, it always better to keep in one integrated article; as it stands, I think somebody will merge it down the line. Aszx5000 (talk) 09:36, 28 September 2024 (UTC)
