Minor corrections

I changed the year of the kidnapping of Munizae to 2007 - this is what the sources say if you take another look. I think because it was toward the end of the year, someone simply misread something. Sources appear to be divided as to how to properly Anglicize her name, but she uses 'Munizae' herself, so I think that's pretty definitive.--Jimbo Wales (talk) 23:31, 2 April 2010 (UTC)

Kidnapping

I don't have time at this moment to fix it, but wanted to call attention to two things: first, our statement of the kidnapping incident suggests that Munizae was beaten, but she says otherwise. As no one has done anything about this yet, I'm going to edit it now. It's difficult because the sources are weak (activist websites) but also because all I have is personal reporting that our presentation is wrong. For now, I think it best to simply remove it, but I'm willing to engage in thoughtful conversation about how and why we might want to re-include this and where we might find more appropriate sourcing.--Jimbo Wales (talk) 17:45, 31 May 2011 (UTC)

Use of last name?

According to an IP, "Asma" should be used, not "Jahangir". I undid that particular edit because it contained mistakes. Uglemat (talk) 07:29, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
