Ankarana is a National Park edit

Recently the status of this reserve was updated to National Park. The Madagascar National Parks website lists it as such, and I have received a personal communication from Steven M. Goodman confirming it as such. The change will be a complex one so I am hesitant to put through a transfer request. I therefore recommend this action be taken by someone who has more experience than I with protected area wiki pages. – Mark D.
