Maiden Name
I'm pretty sure she was born Perella, not Perilli. Cwrwgar (talk) 11:25, 14 April 2015 (UTC)
Early Life?
Her parents were Italian immigrants who ran the Clifton Café in Littlehampton. She failed (or did not take) the 11+ exam which would have entitled her to a grammar school education, and instead attended Maude Allen Secondary Modern School in Littlehampton. Cwrwgar (talk) 11:45, 14 April 2015 (UTC)
