Contested deletion

This speedy-deletion proposal is uninformed at best. The article titled Paleolithic diet is not on the same topic. One may look at the schedule of talks at the symposium, and see that some speakers do treat of the "paleo diet", and others speak on many other things: http://www.ancestralhealth.org/post/ahs16-program-speakers-mobile-app The "Paleolithic diet" article is about a kind of diet favored by some people; this one is about a particular field of scientific study and the organization of professionals pursuing it. Selling something

This article includes three links to the Ancestral Health Society's web pages. The person who nominated this for speedy deletion alleged that those pages exist only for the purpose of selling something. It is a non-profit organization consisting mostly of professors who hold annual symposia on university campuses. The idea that their web pages exist for the purpose of selling something is, shall we say, a proposition for which at least _some_ evidence should be adduced. I agree that there is no intent to sell on those pages. I would suggest expanding the article to include multiple reliable, third party sources that establish notability. Dane2007 (talk) 05:48, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
