Tim, will get to this soon, probably tomorrow. Chiswick Chap (talk) 18:27, 17 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

CC - have a look at the Reform kitchen pic: almost good enough for a GA for that alone - that's what I call a kitchen!! Cheers - SchroCat (talk) 19:01, 17 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Comments edit

  • Personally, I'd crop some of the frame area from the portrait of Emma Jones, but it's not a requirement.
  • You might like to add the name of the artist, Henry Bryan Hall, to the portrait of Emma Jones.
  • Why don't we include a portrait of Fanny Cerito? Clearly relevant. It'll only necessitate slight rearrangement of other images.
  • Wikilink The Times at first instance, not the second.
  • A gourmet and a consistent Whig supporter of reforming legislation in the House of Lords, Ailsa was a prominent freemason and it is possible that it was he who introduced Soyer to the organisation, in which he remained for the rest of his life. is a bit long, perhaps split the sentence.

I'll note that the images are all correctly licensed. I can't see any issue with the citations.

Summary edit

What a splendid article. As you can see, I have only the most minimal of comments. I think I know where it's headed next, and I wish it a speedy journey. Chiswick Chap (talk) 09:12, 18 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
