--216.96.55.819:12, 4 July 2006 (UTC) By way of introduction my name is Nick Arivett.I am a pipefitter.For over fifteen years I have been tormented by someone using the decible level of 1db-8db.I can hear them and they communicte with me in a whisper.As you can imagine this is a terroristic experience,because I dont know who this is.Now that I have learned a little more about sound,I intend to put an end to this legaly and would like to see some FCC action as well.Reply
Can you assist me with the apropriate info as to where to purchase the equipment to detect the location of these individuals.If not how bout somone whom I can hire to do so.At the motels I stay at nationwide while on the road,It happens nearly every time and I have finally had enough.
