District? edit
Above Bar isn't really a district of Southampton. Above Bar Street is a street, but the area it's in is simply the city centre. I'm very skeptical over whether this article should exist (but have held fire on a WP:AFD so far). Can anyone convince me? Waggers 22:17, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
