What is a 4x800 relay in track/field edit

We need to figure out what it actually is since we know Wikipedia cannot be trusted and could be edited by literally anyone. So is it 4 people running 200 each, adding up to and 800? Or 4 people running 800 each adding up to a 3200? 174.194.102.214 (talk) 17:52, 6 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
