Considering the large number of "40 under 40" lists, this article certainly does not pass Wikipedia's notability test. Perhaps it will be more useful to have a general article on all such lists.

The external link: Fortune Names Opower Co-Founders Dan Yates and Alex Laskey to its “40 Under 40” List, is just a Business Wire press release, so is of questionable relevance.Plural Media (talk) 13:48, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
