  • Spelling: there were several typos, which I've fixed along with inconsistent spelling between British and American English for words like theater. It should use whatever the proper name is, when it references something like Broadway Theatre (53rd Street) but use American English when referencing the number of theaters in the area.
    • For the theaters, that is what I generally do. Most Broadway theaters generally have "Theatre" in their proper name, but other theaters and the Hayes Theater (a Broadway house) do not. In this case, both "American Airlines Theatre and Lyric Theatre" and "American Airlines and Lyric theaters" are correct; while the word "Theatre" is part of each theater's proper name, it is a common noun if you're referring to more than one theater, and so it would be spelled "theater" because this is an American subject. I see you have modified this already, though, so thanks for that. Epicgenius (talk) 23:58, 2 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Location of building. I do not have access to this book: AIA guide to New York City. Norval White, Elliot Willensky, Fran Leadon, American Institute of Architects. New York Chapter. 2010. ISBN 978-0-19-977291-9.{{cite book}}: CS1 maint: others (link), but looking at a map and also the Wiki linked articles for example if 5 Times Square says that 3 Times Square is to the North, then in this article it should say 5 Times Square is to the South. At least one of the two articles is wrong. Per WP:SKYISBLUE I looked at google maps, but I may be missing something. I did note there's a colloquial way of saying that 45th street is north of 44th street and so on, when depending on the avenue, it's more likely heading Northwest etc..
    • The building info is on page 296, but there is a map on page 292. The Manhattan street grid is rotated about 30 degrees clockwise from true north, so geographical locations are slightly different than the cardinal directions. So, the Times Square Tower is directly south of 3 Times Sq (despite being diagonally across an intersection), but 5 Times Sq is just below 3 Times Sq on the street grid.
