For someone who got the most fundamental detail about the election wrong (until Amustard corrected it), I suggest that you stop editing the article.

I do not know why you are so keen on removing explanatory footnotes. Or, why do you think this to be suitable for inclusion. Mejlis is the lower house - whoever created the infographic was ignorant of it. I am hearing for the first time that DPT had won 3 seats. TrangaBellam (talk) 13:27, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

You had removed, Also, true to Turkmen tradition [..]
A decent source writes,

В туркменской официальной прессе не принято давать информацию о чиновнике, назначаемого на ту или иную государственную должность. По этой причине в интернете и других источниках, практически невозможно найти биографию представителей власти Туркменистана.

(edit conflict) Regarding the footnotes, I moved one of them (the details about the provincial candidates) the text into the body, because there seems no need to hide it in footnotes. The other one "Consult issues of Neytralnyy Turkmenistan from 1 March 2021 to 6 March 2021. The lone missing entry (3 March) was that of President Berdimuhamedow. Also, true to Turkmen tradition" is completely inappropriate for Wikipedia. You should not tell readers to consult a certain publication – you should cite it properly. And anyone who thinks writing "true to Turkmen tradition" in Wikipedia is appropriate should not be editing it. You added a reference to that part of the sentence, but not the core part of the statement that few details were released for this election. If you can reference that bit, I'm fine with reinstating it, as long as encyclopedic wording is used.
The diagram is simply misnamed – a very similar diagram is used on People's Council of Turkmenistan. Why remove the table and not the infobox, which also says the DPT won three seats? The results table (with three seats won by the DPT) was added by Extended Cut, so perhaps they can explain where the figures are from. Number 57 14:14, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
It says here (in Russian) in short bios of each candidate that some of them are "Committee heads of the Democratic Party" in their respective regions or cities. I simply added up those among them who won seats and counted them as TDP members. --Extended Cut (talk) 14:29, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
(edit conflict)Footnotes are not used to hide information. Who told you that?
You should not tell readers to consult a certain publication. - Really? What is the guiding policy?
What is the difference between citing a source and asking readers to consult a certain publication? Our content guideline says, In most cases it is sufficient for a citation footnote simply to identify the source; readers can then consult the source.
Anyways, I have now put the line in a ref-tag.
should not be editing it. - Says someone, who had created an entire article without understanding the most fundamental detail.
Why remove the table and not the infobox is not a valid reason to edit-war and reinsert unsourced information.
Both removed pursuant to Extended Cut's reply. WP:OR. TrangaBellam (talk) 14:35, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
Seriously, you need to stop blindly hitting the undo button. And the edit summary here is ridiculous. You are quite literally reinserting unsourced claims, not removing any original research.
Why are you putting stuff in footnotes that could just be stated in the text? Footnotes are meant to be used to explain stuff that is difficult to fit into the text. Number 57 14:46, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
Apologies for the wrong edit-sum; I mistook to have removed the infobox in the same edit.
In my opinion, the footnoted line is difficult to fit into the body-text. TrangaBellam (talk) 14:49, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
How is it difficult to put "21 from Ahal province, 21 from Balkan province, 18 from Dashoguz province, 18 from Lebap province, 17 from Mary Province, and 17 from Ashgabat" into the text? Putting it in footnotes means that many readers will miss it. All of the footnotes could easily be absorbed into the text. Number 57 14:51, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
I disagree that all of the footnotes belong in the text. For the particular instance, I concede. TrangaBellam (talk) 15:29, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
