Since the party did not qualify to apear on the ballot does that mean it should be removed from the list under general election? Yadinbro (talk) 19:39, 30 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Bledsoe article

edit

New to Wikipedia in particular, but I have experience with wiki syntax and how it works, so what are everyone's thoughts on an article discussing Bill Bledsoe; the 3rd party candidate (Constitution) for this particular election?

I was eyeing his campaign pretty carefully, I think I'd be willing to try my hands at it. Finding a good picture of him is really hard though. Rediculizer42 (talk) 22:57, 12 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

It would probably be tough finding enough WP:RS to make a Bledsoe article. (Doubt he is notable enough either.)Rja13ww33 (talk) 00:24, 13 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

I'm currently working on a draft, it isn't long at all but it says pretty much everything about his political career in the election. I think you are right in the sense there's virtually no information regarding his personal life, but there are at least 2 interviews he's been in as well as a plethora of sources stating him dropping out of the election, being criticized by opponents, him endorsing Lindsey, etc. If you want to take a look at my draft, I will provide the link. It's in my sandbox. Rediculizer42 (talk) 00:40, 13 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Update: he was not notable enough to warrant an article made about him, unfortunately. I think at least it would be appropriate to add Jaime Harrison and the Lincoln Project's attempts to siphon votes off of Lindsey Graham by putting Bledsoe's name in the spotlight, however. I'd like some thoughts before I make that change to this article though. Rediculizer42 (talk) 15:23, 13 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

I mentioned that aspect of the campaign in the advertisement section. Not sure if there is enough RS to go beyond what I said.Rja13ww33 (talk) 18:55, 13 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
