Inaccurate assertion about OSCE monitoring
editThe preliminary results sub-section contains the following:
Election monitors from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe gave a "generally positive" report of the election's fairness, but made note of concerns over "misuse of public resources, pressure on voters and vote buying".[3] They additionally commented that there were no particular incidents where violations took place.[40]
The reference for the second sentence is in Cyrillic and I can't read it; however, I can read the OSCE's statement that is being referred to, and there is no comment in it that says anything to the effect of that second sentence. I'm going to take it out, I just wanted to explain my rationale first in case this turns out to be contentious. A Traintalk 09:07, 17 October 2017 (UTC)
