How is Prince Bandar's quote pertinent?
The source clearly dates the statement to 19. December 2001. The Camp David summit has then been buried for some time and he is clearly talking about the proposal for the upcoming Taba negotiations. If anywhere I believe it belongs in the Aftermath section; however there it will not add anything substantial. Thoredge (talk) 23:00, 30 January 2017 (UTC)
