editRecently a review was published on the metal coordination effects on the photophysics of dipyrrinato photosensitizers: https://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/27/20/6967 A new section about applications or properties could be added based on this. The review features a range of different dipyrrinato complexes based on their coordination with a range of metal ions. The substitution effects on the photophysics are also discussed.
