Pointlessly putting information into footnotesedit

It's not clear why the information about Niyazov being handpicked by Gorbachev to replace Gapusov (and the reason why) is being forced into the footnotes. It's a relevant bit of background that should just be in the main text. Number57 16:38, 30 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
