Why are we red linking electoral candidates?

- As stated in my very first edit to the article - they are not notable for being candidates *here*, but each one of them are separately notable. Unfortunately as a full time student with a long list of priorities I have not had time to follow it up.
- Donald Cleland (1901-1975) was administrator of PNG 1952-66 (something like a governor for a territory) (see ADB), Paddy Troy (1908-78) was for all intents and purposes the face of Communism in Western Australia, has a book about him and a mall in Fremantle named for him (see ADB), and TJ Hughes former State MP and rather a colourful one at that (see ADB, inbound links.) Hughes was a former Labor member who became an independent, defeated an incumbent Labor minister in the latter's own seat and held the seat for 7 years. Orderinchaos 05:04, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
