"True Heroine" edit

Éponine was the true heroine, Cosette was spoiled and loved by everyone, but No one ever loved her. She is tragic to the end, even saving Marius' life though she knew it meant she'd never be with himFor those who think the only true wisdom is in Knowledge, then you know nothing :). Broadway List edit

Is there a list of every actress who's ever played Eponine on Broadway? 68.194.214.174 (talk) 03:01, 24 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Cultural Icon edit

Eponine Thenardier is commonly regarded as an icon of unrequited love. Her love for Marius conflicts with his admiration for Cosette. Her song "On My Own" in the stage musical represents this situation. At her death, Eponine reveals her feelings to Marius but has no opportunity to elaborate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by EponaCurtis (talkcontribs) 18:02, 11 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

REWRITE edit

The book section of Eponine is very ver very well written. How ever the other parts, I find are unessary and have multples probleams with them. I intend to delte the agurmet of Selfless or selfish because if anything it decraeses from the articles. -Mellie.N.D —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mellie.N.D (talkcontribs) 20:30, 21 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Eponine in the Musical edit

Eponine is not, as originally submitted, featured in a 'musical of the same title'. If she were the musical would be titled "Eponine".

Actors are referred to as actors regardless of sex, and female actors are interchangeably referred to as actors or actresses, on Broadway.

It is correct to refer to Young Eponine as Young Eponine in the context of the Schönberg/Boublil, Kretzmer Musical, as her character and billing (she is credited) are "Young Eponine". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.50.244.6 (talk) 17:12, 24 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Should Eponine have an accent? edit

Hello, I think this article is excellent - really informative! However, I don't think that the E of Eponine should have an accent above it, as (as I understand it!) in French an accent on a capital letter is not written.

Does anyone know any more? (Please be kind to me if I am doing this wrong - I am new!) Sarahwub (talk) 12:01, 20 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
