Si Thoi, Phayao (Thai: ศรีถ้อย, pronounced [sǐː tʰɔ̂j]) is a tambon (subdistrict) of Mae Chai District, in Phayao Province, Thailand. In 2014 it had a population of 7,038 people.[1]
