Sarah Smith (politician)

Sarah Madeleine Webster Smith is a British Labour Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Hyndburn since 2024.[1]

In an article for The Lead, Smith described her first weeks in Parliament while caring for her four month old son. She said of her previous work that "I spent the last 15 years raising funds for youth projects, helping young people get jobs and apprenticeships and developing partnerships to tackle complex problems like youth unemployment".[2]
