BC Prometey

BC Prometey (Ukrainian: БК Прометей), also known as Prometey Kamianske, is a Ukrainian basketball club based in Kamianske.[1] Since 2019, it plays in the Ukrainian Basketball SuperLeague, the highest tier of basketball in Ukraine.

In 2018, Prometey joined the Ukrainian Higher League, the national second tier, and instantly won the league title. Therefore, it was promoted to the SuperLeague for the 2019–20 season.[2] In its first season, Prometey was in third place before the season was shut down because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The following season, the club enrolled for the FIBA Europe Cup and made their European debut.

In 2021, Prometey won its first Ukrainian SuperLeague championship.[3]
