Royalmount is a mixed-use district under construction located in the city of Mount Royal, Quebec Canada on the island of Montreal. It will include residential buildings, offices, shops and attractions. Announced in 2015 by the real estate developer Carbonleo, the project is built on a former industrial site of 2.5 million square feet at the junction of the Decarie and Metropolitan Highways. The expected cost is $1.7 billion for the first phase and $7 billion in total.
