Roy R. Barrera Sr. (born January 30, 1927),[1] also known as Roy Barrera, is an American politician. He served as Secretary of State of Texas from 1968 to 1969.[2]

Barrera served as Secretary of State of Texas from 1968 to 1969.[2]
