The image quality is rather poor, but it's a rather dramatic example of the attempts by railways in the 1930s to promote streamliners as high-speed travel. Interestingly, the Spirit of Progress only reached 79.5 mph during this demonstration run, whereas the Airco DH4 is capable of 143 mph.
