François Ibovi (born 1954) is Congolese politician. He served in the government of Congo-Brazzaville as Minister of Communication from 1997 to 2002 and as Minister of Territorial Administration from 2002 to 2007. Since September 2007, he has been the First Vice-President of the National Assembly.
