You can help choose the next selected article of the Michigan Highways portal. Feel free to nominate any article that you believe is selected article-quality. Based on precedent from the U.S. Roads portal, selected articles are:
- assessed as a Good Article or better
- well illustrated with one or more photos of the actual highway and a map
- fully referenced with inline citations
Selected articles are also well written and meet or exceed all guidelines laid out by the Wikipedia Manual of Style. To vote for a nominated article, add support, oppose, or comment, give detailed reasons on why you voted the way you did, and sign. In order to ensure that the portal will be updated on time, nominations for the upcoming month will be closed two days before the end of the current month. Please note that the next year or so is already scheduled, but these selections can be changed.
Scheduled, but not implemented articles edit
The scheduled articles for August and November 2012 are Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive and Interstate 75 in Michigan, however both articles need to be improved in the next year and nominated at WP:GAN at least]].
