Philip D. Beall Sr. (February 17, 1891 – December 14, 1943) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member for the 2nd district of the Florida Senate.[2][3]

Beall was born in San Antonio, Texas.[4]

Beall served in the Florida Senate from 1945 to 1953, representing the 2nd district.[2]

Beall died on December 14, 1943, at the age of 53.[5]
