Papenvoort, North Brabant

Papenvoort is a hamlet in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located in the former municipality of Sint Anthonis, about 1 km southwest of Rijkevoort.[2] Since 2022 it has been part of the new municipality of Land van Cuijk.[3]

Papenvoort is not a statistical entity,[4] and the postal authorities have placed it under Rijkevoort.[1] It has no place name signs. Papenvoort was first mentioned in 1311 as Papenvort, and means "ford belonging to Papo (person)". It consists of about 15 houses.[3]
