PTV Newsbreak is an hourly news bulletin of PTV which ran, in its first incarnation, from March 13, 1989 to November 1, 1998, and was replaced by News Flash sa 4. The news bulletin returned from July 2, 2012 to September 6, 2020, replacing Teledyaryo News Bulletin and was replaced by PTV Balita Ngayon and PTV News Now.

Since 2017, the news bulletin has also produced two regional spin-offs, PTV Cordillera Newsbreak (produced by PTV-8 Baguio) and PTVisMin Newsbreak (produced by PTV-11 Davao), airing over the national feed of PTV.
In 2018, PTV apologized for using a doctored photograph of a Chinese vessel and representing it as a Philippine Navy ship on Newsbreak.[1]
