editProvincial elections were held on 8 February 2024. Mir Ziaullah Langau won the election with 14,848 votes.[3]

A re-poll on 7 polling stations was to be held due to an order by an election tribunal, which suspended the victory of Mir Ziaullah Langau. However, the Election Commission of Pakistan postponed the re-poll due to the "prevailing law and order situation" in the constituency.[4][5][6]
