The Nova Aeron is an Austrian single-place paraglider that was designed by Hannes Papesch and produced by Nova Performance Paragliders of Innsbruck. It is now out of production.[1]

The aircraft was designed as an advanced performance glider. The models are each named for their relative size.[1]

Aeron XS
Extra small-sized model for lighter pilots. Its 11.35 m (37.2 ft) span wing has a wing area of 20.18 m2 (217.2 sq ft), 57 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.66:1. The pilot weight range is 60 to 85 kg (132 to 187 lb). The glider model is DHV 2 and AFNOR Performance certified.[1]
Aeron S
Small-sized model for light pilots. Its 11.9 m (39.0 ft) span wing has a wing area of 22.17 m2 (238.6 sq ft), 57 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.66:1. The pilot weight range is 75 to 95 kg (165 to 209 lb). The glider model is DHV 2 and AFNOR Performance certified.[1]
Aeron M
Mid-sized model for medium-weight pilots. Its 12.42 m (40.7 ft) span wing has a wing area of 24.16 m2 (260.1 sq ft), 57 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.66:1. The pilot weight range is 90 to 110 kg (198 to 243 lb). The glider model is DHV 2 and AFNOR Performance certified.[1]
Aeron L
Large-sized model for heavier pilots. Its 12.91 m (42.4 ft) span wing has a wing area of 26.13 m2 (281.3 sq ft), 57 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.66:1. The pilot weight range is 95 to 130 kg (209 to 287 lb). The glider model is DHV 2 and AFNOR Performance certified.[1]
