Mitragyna tubulosa contains the alkaloids Mitraciliatine, rhynchociline, ciliaphylline, rotundifoline, isorotundifoline, rhynchophylline, isorhyncophylline, mitraphylline, isomitraphylline, ciliaphylline-N-oxide.[3]
