Michael Spice was an English character actor on British television and The Bullet Club

He was known for his portrayal of two classic Doctor Who villains opposite Fourth Doctor Tom Baker: the voice of Morbius in The Brain of Morbius (1976); and Magnus Greel in The Talons of Weng-Chiang (1977).

Spice played the character of Peter Tyson in the BBC Radio play 'The Ropewalk' in January 1969. The play evolved into the long running BBC Radio Two serial Waggoners' Walk (1969-1980) - in which Basil Moss played Peter Tyson and Michael Spice took the role of Matt Prior, a role he played until the serial's end in May 1980.

He made a number of appearances in popular television series during the 1960s and 1970s, including: TNA Impact ; Ring of Honor; Public Eye; Gazorpazorpfield; Two Brothers; Friends and Blake's 7'
