Fríðriksmørk has played for Skála, EBS/Skála, ÍF/Víkingur, ÍVB and Víkingur in the Faroe Islands.[1]

Fríðriksmørk capped for Faroe Islands at senior level during the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 qualifying.[1]
