Maihama Station (舞浜駅, Maihama-eki) is a railway station in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East).[1]

The station is served by the Keiyō Line from Tokyo, and also by Musashino Line services to and from Fuchūhommachi.

The station has a Midori no Madoguchi staffed ticket office.[1] The station consists of a single elevated platform serving two tracks.

History

The station opened on 1 December 1988.[1]

Surrounding area

The station is the main access point of Tokyo Disney Resort. The park's main gate is located in front of the station as well as Resort Gateway Station of the Disney Resort Line monorail.
