List of current Belgian Football League managers

There are 26 association football teams in the top two tiers of Belgian football, all of whom have a manager, although the terms head coach and trainer are more commonly used for the position. The Belgian First Division A and Belgian First Division B are the only fully professional football leagues in Belgium. The First Division A consists of 18 clubs at the top of the Belgian football league system, while 8 clubs play in the second tier.

Some of these managers were appointed as caretaker managers prior to being given a permanent position; if so their caretaker appointment date is denoted in italics. Some managers listed have had more than one spell in charge at their current club, however their time as manager is counted only from the date of their last appointment.

  1. ^ Acting as player-manager, originally joint manager together with Simon Davies, then together with Franky Vercauteren, then as sole manager from 17 August 2020.
  2. ^ Kompany was announced as manager on 19 May 2019 but only replaced caretaker Karim Belhocine after the final match of the season. Kompany was joint-manager with multiple other managers and only took up the position as sole manager from 17 August 2020.
  3. ^ While van den Brom was announced on 6 November 2020, caretaker Domenico Olivieri was still leading the group during the match of 7 November 2020 against Sint-Truiden, with van den Brom only officially taking charge from 8 November 2020.
  4. ^ Wim De Decker was appointed the new manager of Deinze already on 4 May 2021, but would only be observing and analysing the players for the remainder of the 2020-21 season which ended on 25 April 2021. Assistant-manager Cédric Vlaeminck took up the role of manager until the end of that season, leading the training sessions and being on the sideline during matches.
