Bob's Burgers is an animated television series that debuted on January 9, 2011 on Fox. The half-hour series joined Fox's long running Animation Domination programming block on Sunday nights, airing at 8:30 pm ET/PT, between The Simpsons and Family Guy.[1]

Season 2 (2012)

It was announced on April 7, 2011 that Bob's Burgers would be renewed for a second season of 13 episodes.[19] It began airing mid-season on March 11, 2012.[4] Included in this season will be a food truck, synchronized swimming, exploring an abandoned taffy factory and a situation with a bank robber.[20] All secondary characters are also expected to make appearances in the second season.[21] On July 22, 2011, Fox announced at Comic-Con that nine additional scripts were ordered.[22] On Halloween 2011, It was announced that those nine scripts would be produced and a full season was ordered.[23] On March 2, 2012, it was revealed by the staff of Bob's Burgers that there would be a Christmas-themed episode. [24]
