Sarisophora nyctiphylax

Sarisophora nyctiphylax is a moth in the family Lecithoceridae. It was described by Alfred Jefferis Turner in 1919. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland.[1]

The wingspan is about 15 mm. The forewings are brownish-fuscous with a few scattered blackish scales. The discal dots are nearly obsolete, the plical below the first discal. The hindwings are grey, the basal third whitish-ochreous and its edges suffused.[2]
