Kisejärve lakes (Estonian: Kisejärve järvestik) is a group of lakes in Rõuge Parish, Võru County, Estonia. The group consists of seven lakes which in limnological sense are semi-dystrophic or oligotropic.[1]

The biggest of the lakes are Kisejärv (48.9 ha, depth up to 5.1 m), Pahijärv (10.0 ha) and Sõdaalune lake (8.5 ha).[1]
At the time of late glacial age, these lakes weren't separated.[1]
The lakes and its surroundings are under protection (Kisejärv Landscape Conservation Area).[1]
