Kendice (Hungarian: Kende) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.
History
editIn historical records the village was first mentioned in 1249.
Geography
editThe municipality lies at an altitude of 234 metres and covers an area of 9.34 km2 (3.61 sq mi) (2020-06-30/-07-01).[1]
Population
editIt has a population of about 2,044 people (2020-12-31).[2]
