The signature of Junayd appears in the grisaille window over the throne of Humayun. Folio 45, Divan of Khvaju Kirmani, 1396.[2]

He is known as the illustrator for the Divan of Khvaju Kirmani, published in 1396 in Baghdad.[5][3] This manuscript is "the most firmly dated illustrated and high-quality Jalayirid manuscript".[2] One of the paintings was signed by Junayd himself.[2] He may also have been the illustrator of the paintings in Freer Divan's paintings.[3]
