José Enrique Reina Lizárraga (born 12 August 1969) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PAN. He served as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Sonora, as well as a local deputy in the LIX Legislature of the Congress of Sonora.[1] He was the mayor of San Luis Río Colorado from 2000 to 2003 and 2015 to 2018.
