Jamshēd or Jamshīd[1] (Kurdish: Cemşîd, Persian: جمشید, pronounced [dʒæmˈʃiːd]), also spelled as Jamshed, Jamshid, Jamshaid, Jamsheed, Cemşid, Jamshet, or Jamset, is a Persian masculine given name.
