Ivan Rusev (footballer)

Ivan Rusev - "The Little Jangur" (Bulgarian: Иван Русев - Малкия Джангър) (born 10 May 1979) is a Bulgarian football player and coach. His last club in Greece is Diana Ilioupolis. In January 2018 he started a coaching career at Iliopoulis (Athens) at Academy. Ivan coached two teams: U17 and team boys born 2007.

He is the son of PFC Nesebar legend Nikolai Rusev - "The Jangur". He weighs 70 kg and his height is 1.76 cm. His main position is as a midfielder.[2] He previously played for A.E.K. Athens, Apollon Smyrnis, Athinaikos, Egaleo, Trikala and Diagoras.

In 2018 he started his career as a coach. He started in youth football at his last club, where he played - Iliopouli. Rusev leads the U17 teams and coaches boys under 13. Both his teams play in the Athens Championship.
